About the Role

Lead Elliptic's public policy and regulatory engagement strategy across the United States and Americas. The role focuses on digital asset regulation, government relations, regulatory compliance, thought leadership, client advisory, and business development support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, public policy, government relations, or compliance.
  • Deep knowledge of US digital asset regulation, including SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, OCC, OFAC, and state regimes.
  • Experience working within or alongside federal agencies, Congressional offices, regulators, or intergovernmental institutions.
  • Strong public-sector network across US financial authorities, Congressional staff, and policy communities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience producing policy positions, briefings, and public commentary.
  • Comfort working across technology, law, finance, blockchain analytics, and crypto asset compliance.
  • Proven record of influencing regulatory outcomes through advocacy and collaborative engagement.
  • Passion for responsible crypto innovation, financial integrity, and regulatory clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on US digital asset policy, regulation, and government affairs.
  • Advise internal teams and external clients on regulatory compliance and government engagement.
  • Develop policy analysis, regulatory updates, Congressional testimony, and industry trend reports.
  • Build relationships with federal agencies, Congressional committees, state regulators, and industry associations.
  • Represent Elliptic at conferences, regulatory forums, Congressional briefings, and executive meetings.
  • Guide product and engineering teams on regulatory requirements and institutional client needs.
  • Advise on regulatory developments and institutional adoption strategies.
  • Support business development and enterprise sales with policy expertise and government relationships.
  • Contribute to responsible adoption of digital asset solutions in government and traditional finance.
  • Build professional visibility through speaking, media commentary, social media, and networking.
