You will lead the People function end to end and manage a lean operation across NYC and Tel Aviv. You will partner on hiring organizational design performance and compensation and contribute to scaling a global company in a fast moving and highly regulated industry. You will codify culture and traditions and shape the People function as a business driver.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years in People Talent HR roles with management experience
  • Experience in scaling startups
