About the Role
You will run end to end recruitment across the business including role scoping sourcing screening interviews offers and candidate communication. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and make strong hiring decisions. You will build and continuously improve a structured onboarding experience that helps new hires get productive quickly. You will manage off-boarding processes including exit interviews and feedback collection. You will handle HR administration and documentation including employment contracts amendments contractor agreements terminations and personnel records. You will coordinate monthly HR inputs with external payroll and accounting partners. You will ensure compliance with Czech labour law and internal HR policies. You will own and improve internal HR templates policies and people processes. You will coordinate mandatory training programs such as AML compliance GDPR and security training. You will support managers with performance feedback development planning and people related questions. You will act as the go to person for employee matters requiring discretion empathy and practical judgement. You will organise team events offsites and internal culture initiatives. You will partner with leadership on engagement retention and team wellbeing.
Requirements
- Solid working knowledge of Czech labour law and practical HR administration
- Successfully run recruitment processes from initial brief through signed offer
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple parallel priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions without heavy structure around you
- Genuinely care about people and know how to balance empathy with sound judgement
- Communicate confidently in both Czech and English
- Based in Prague and open to come to the office on regular basis
- Experience in start up environment
- Experience building or improving HR processes from scratch
- Familiarity with ATS or modern HR tooling
- Experience with employer branding internal communications or culture building
- Understanding of compliance driven training requirements in regulated businesses
