About the Role
You will support a high-velocity recruiting process by managing assigned searches across the full recruiting lifecycle. You will create positive candidate experiences at every touchpoint, develop and execute creative sourcing and outreach strategies, conduct recruiter screens, design interview plans, and analyze recruiting data to optimize hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
- Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools and market research
- Experience developing personalized outreach strategies
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new roles and requirements
- Exceptional communication skills to partner effectively with hiring managers
- Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset
- AI fluency to apply AI tools to accelerate and improve recruiting workflows
Responsibilities
