About the Role

You will own the recruiting process from sourcing to offers for multiple positions across the company. You will develop strategies to meet hiring goals and work alongside hiring managers to align priorities and objectives. You will ensure a great candidate experience keeping candidates advised and well prepared throughout the entire process. You will partner with hiring managers to understand and meet their hiring needs. You will own and drive the intake meeting, interview team kickoff and debrief process for candidates. You will send weekly progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in recruiting, at least a few years in Business Recruiting
  • A blend of agency and in-house startup experience is preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires
  • Experience using niche channels to source candidates, diversity and inclusion events, etc.
  • Self-starter who enjoys fast-paced collaborative environment, great organization skills
  • Experience using the tools of the trade: ATS systems (we use Greenhouse), LinkedIn, using social media, Gem, Github, other sourcing tools, etc.
  • Ability to work “off” hours to support hiring managers, leaders and candidates across the globe.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Bonus: Experience working and recruiting for a Fintech company
