About the Role
You will own and scale the company's operational backbone during rapid growth. You will manage revenue operations, billing and invoicing systems, and align GPU supply with customer demand. You will build and implement scalable processes to replace manual workflows, improve operational visibility and metrics, and execute onboarding and finance operations. You will manage and mentor the Business Operations Specialist, partner with executive leadership to drive priorities, and step into hands-on execution when needed to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies
- Proven experience scaling early-stage companies through rapid growth
- Experience owning cross-functional operations across revenue, customers, and internal execution
- Experience building scalable systems and processes to replace manual workflows
- Hands-on operator capable of tactical execution and strategic improvements
- Experience managing and mentoring operations teams
- Strong understanding of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue tracking
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, marketplaces, software, or infrastructure-heavy businesses
- Experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud compute environments preferred
- Excellent cross-functional communication, organizational alignment, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
- Experience contributing to revenue operations, pricing strategy, or infrastructure cost management preferred
- Experience building operational systems for distributed or international scaling preferred
