About the Role
You will establish manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, operational standards, budgets, and governance across two sites. You will lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, develop executive reporting, deploy Lean practices, coach leaders, and improve quality, delivery, efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience leading operational excellence, Lean, or business-office programs in manufacturing
- Ability to lead multi-site improvement efforts
- Experience designing and sustaining operational standards and improvement systems
- Budgeting, reporting, and senior-level performance-management experience
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Create and manage manufacturing KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Define, train, deploy, and improve operational standards.
- Develop and institutionalize the manufacturing budget process.
- Set financial targets and drive adherence to budget and cost goals.
- Lead cross-functional manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Prepare executive reporting packages.
- Deploy Lean and continuous-improvement practices.
- Own manufacturing business-office functions, goal tracking, and process governance.
- Coach teams and leaders on operational discipline and sustained improvements.
