About the Role
You will build and lead the marketing function from the ground up. You will own demand generation strategy and execute campaigns to drive sign-ups and leads. You will run paid advertising, SEO, and organic growth experiments, and use HubSpot and modern martech to measure and optimize conversion. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering to create repeatable go-to-market processes and manage and develop marketing team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience with proven demand generation results
- Track record driving leads and sign-ups
- Expertise in paid advertising
- Expertise in SEO and organic growth strategies
- Proficient with HubSpot and modern marketing technology stacks
- Experience marketing technical products to technical audiences
- Proven ability to build systematic marketing processes at early stage
- People management experience
- Highly quantitative mindset focused on metrics and conversion rates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
