About the Role

You will own the strategy for the South Korean market and drive business development, strategic relationships, and ecosystem growth. You will represent the organization to Korean enterprises and institutions across payments, tokenization, real-world assets, and capital markets. You will identify and close strategic deals, build regional relationships, monitor regulation, and position the blockchain for institutional and retail adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business development experience
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain digital assets or Web3 startups
• Deep understanding of the South Korean market
• Experience engaging and selling to large Korean enterprises and institutions
• Ability to engage retail and institutional investors
• Market foresight regarding corporate crypto activity and regulation
• Network across regional institutions enterprises and web3 companies
• Understanding of web3 applications in corporate strategy
• Native-level fluency in Korean and English
• Experience guiding market entry for web3 startups
• Connectivity with Korean centralized exchanges regulators and media
• Entrepreneurial experience across fundraising product launches and operations
• Deep technical understanding of blockchains
