About the Role

Lead employee-facing IT support, manage identity and device lifecycles, administer workplace SaaS tools, automate repetitive processes, govern employee AI tools, run access reviews, and maintain system runbooks across multiple countries and legal entities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT support, corporate IT, or workplace IT.
  • 1+ year leading a team or support function.
  • Hands-on SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, and group and role model administration.
  • Hands-on MDM for macOS.
  • Administration experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and a password manager.
  • Service desk experience with request catalogs, targets, and queue management.
  • Experience designing access models with Information Security and system owners.
  • Scripting or workflow automation experience.
  • Experience with HTTP and JSON.
  • People management experience.
  • Awareness of DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
  • Confident spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT support through Jira Service Desk.
  • Manage IAM across Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and internal tools.
  • Automate joiner-mover-leaver workflows.
  • Build and manage access models with Security.
  • Run periodic access reviews and retain audit artifacts.
  • Manage device lifecycles, MDM baselines, procurement, and returns.
  • Administer workplace SaaS settings, roles, and seats.
  • Automate repetitive IT tasks with AI tooling.
  • Roll out and govern employee AI tools.
  • Maintain system runbooks and ownership records.
