About the Role
You serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues, manage the complete device lifecycle, automate repetitive support tasks with AI and scripting, maintain documentation, track hardware inventory, provide on-site event support, and partner with security stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations
- Vendor relationship management
- Multi-stakeholder project leadership
- macOS or Linux troubleshooting
- Mobile device management tools
- Professional software development tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues
- Triage and resolve support tickets
- Own device procurement, provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Automate repetitive support tasks using AI tools and scripting
- Maintain self-service documentation
- Track and manage hardware inventory
- Provide on-site IT support
- Set up audio-visual equipment for events
- Coordinate with internal and external events
- Partner with the Security team to protect the device fleet
