About the Role
You will own the growth journey from acquisition and activation through retention and monetization. You will launch and analyze experiments, build insight into user behavior, partner across disciplines on growth initiatives, and develop metrics and dashboards to identify and scale effective approaches.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of product management or growth experience
- Experience at a consumer or PLG company
- SQL and analytics tool proficiency
- Product intuition
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization growth levers
- Launch and analyze experiments including A/B tests and feature flags
- Develop an understanding of users and their motivations
- Collaborate on growth initiatives with engineering, design, marketing, and data disciplines
- Set up and evolve growth metrics and dashboards
