About the Role
Lead business development, strategic direction, public representation, ecosystem partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives for the Arbitrum Foundation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development and strategic partnerships in Web3, blockchain, or technology sectors
- Proven public presence in the Web3 blockchain space representing a brand at major conferences, panels, and events
- Experience defining and executing long-term strategic plans with cross-functional teams
- Track record establishing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with developers, stakeholders, and influencers
- Experience collaborating across marketing, product, and operations
- Deep understanding of Web3 and crypto-native ecosystems, with connections to ecosystem and VC funds and leading projects
Responsibilities
- Drive the Foundation’s business development and uncover growth opportunities
- Represent the Foundation as a public figure at conferences, panels, and events
- Define and execute the Foundation and ecosystem strategic vision with the Board and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain partnerships with Web3 stakeholders and Web2 enterprises
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and seize new opportunities
- Raise awareness of partner and community contributions within the ecosystem
