About the Role
You will translate on-road testing strategy into tactical UK operational plans. You will manage Shift Leads, allocate fleet and personnel resources, deliver testing metrics, oversee on-road risk and incident escalation, and improve testing procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Operational management experience in automotive testing, technology, or a safety-critical field.
- Strategic planning capability.
- Experience leading diverse or shift-based teams.
- Experience managing contractors and full-time employees.
- Resource planning and allocation experience.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage incident responsibility in a changing environment.
- Ability to be based in or relocate to London.
- 5+ years managing large teams or an advanced degree in management or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Deploy UK on-road ADAS testing strategy.
- Convert strategic milestones into tactical plans.
- Deliver testing outputs and performance metrics.
- Optimise fleet and personnel resource allocation.
- Manage Shift Leads and allocate work.
- Adjust operational plans to changing priorities.
- Improve testing procedures, safety protocols, and performance.
- Own UK on-road risk and incident escalation.
- Align global operating standards with other regional heads.
