About the Role
You will prepare sites and equipment for test operations, maintain inventory accountability, and support shipping and equipment movement. You will maintain support infrastructure, complete recurring maintenance tasks, and keep work areas inspection-ready during rehearsals, demonstrations, and tests.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, field support, warehouse operations, or equipment accountability
- Ability to follow procedures and contribute to a safety culture
- Ability to work outdoors and lift and move equipment
- Mechanical aptitude
Responsibilities
- Support daily setup, teardown, operational readiness, pre-mission preparation, and post-event recovery
- Maintain accountability and inventory records for tools, equipment, support items, and consumables
- Support shipping, receiving, staging, packaging, and movement of operational equipment
- Maintain support gear, generators, vehicles, communications equipment, and site infrastructure
- Execute recurring checklists, logs, and preventative maintenance tasks
- Keep workspaces and storage areas organized and inspection-ready
- Provide hands-on support during rehearsals, demonstrations, and test days
