About the Role

You will process pallets through automated and manual palletizing and depalletizing cells. You will conduct production checks and system inspections, monitor system flow, diagnose stoppages, recover robots, perform corrective actions, communicate operational issues, support automation technicians, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely
• Ability to perform system inspections, cleaning, lubrication, tolerance checking, current measurements, and electrical-system checks
• Ability to prioritize work for uptime and throughput
• Ability to analyze and resolve or escalate stoppages
• Ability to work with limited supervision using procedures and manuals
• English written and verbal literacy

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety processes and procedures
• Perform pre-production checks on automated adapters
• Monitor automated storage and retrieval system flow
• Prepare pallets for induction into the storage and retrieval system
• Assess and resolve system stoppages using HMI and manual intervention
• Analyze recurring faults and determine corrective actions
• Communicate and escalate production-impacting issues
• Recover robots and support system uptime
• Perform system inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and component validation
• Assist automation technicians with breakdown calls
• Perform basic automation technician duties as needed
