About the Role
You will design and execute a global visionary event roadmap across hubs like London, San Francisco, Hong Kong and Mexico City that positions Unlimit as the "Financial OS" of the future, including hosting your own events. You'll move beyond the standard industry booth presence, launching and scaling world-class event formats ranging from side-conferences and exclusive underground meetups to digital communities and executive chats. At Tier-1 events such as Money20/20 and Token2049, you'll design unmissable experiences that challenge the status quo and make the company's financial infrastructure the most talked-about topic of the year. You'll engineer high-value networking, curating environments where enterprise leaders and industry giants connect, collaborate and convert. You'll constantly search for new angles, whether new technology, unique venues or disruptive formats, to maximise brand impact and industry influence, while acting as the ultimate custodian of the brand narrative across every global touchpoint.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth fintech or tech environments
- AI-native mindset with understanding of automated systems
- Proven track record of acting on emerging trends before they become obvious
- Ability to design event architectures that deliver maximum visibility and value
- Ownership mentality operating as if running a small business within the business
- Ability to navigate global trade complexity and translate regulatory depth into brand stories
