About the Role
You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations. You will develop event timelines, checklists, and production schedules, and assist in planning, logistics, and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. You will coordinate catering services and work with venue and security teams to ensure safety protocols are followed. You will partner with internal teams and coordinate with external stakeholders such as speakers, sponsors, and partners. You will support budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost reconciliation, and collect post-event feedback to analyze ROI metrics. You will serve as the on-site event host, welcoming guests, introducing speakers, making announcements, and troubleshooting problems on the fly to ensure a seamless experience. You will also assist with coordination for an office renovation project.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience coordinating corporate or consumer events
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, Hopin) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when events require
Responsibilities

- Work with venue and third-party security teams to ensure safety protocols are in place and followed
- Partner with internal teams to align event goals with business objectives
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including speakers, sponsors, and partners
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost reconciliation
- Collect post-event feedback and analyze ROI metrics to improve future events
- Serve as the on-site event host, welcoming guests, introducing speakers, and making announcements
- Serve as a point-of-contact during event setup, execution, and teardown
- Troubleshoot problems on the fly to ensure a seamless experience for all participants
- Assist in coordination for an office renovation project
