About the Role
You will assist in planning and executing events, booths, and activations, coordinating logistics such as venue setup, materials, manpower, and vendor communication. You will support on-ground execution to ensure smooth operations and help roll out student ambassador programs and university activations. You will coordinate with campus partners, assist in event execution, and help manage and grow community engagement across offline initiatives. You will also assist in the execution and monitoring of OOH placements, ensuring alignment between OOH campaigns and on-ground activations. Working closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Community, and CRM, you will track campaign deliverables and timelines and assist in reporting and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in events, activations, or marketing operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Willing to be hands-on and on-ground for events
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
