About the Role
You will assist in planning and executing events, booths, and activations, coordinating logistics such as venue setup, materials, manpower, and vendor communication. You will support on-ground execution, student ambassador programs, university activations, campus partners, community engagement, OOH placements, campaign deliverables, timelines, reporting, and performance tracking while working with Marketing, Community, and CRM teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in events, activations, or marketing operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Willing to be hands-on and on-ground for events
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of events, booths, and activations
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, materials, manpower, and vendor communication
- Support on-ground execution to ensure smooth operations
- Support rollout of student ambassador programs and university activations
- Coordinate with campus partners and assist in event execution
- Help manage and grow community engagement across offline initiatives
- Assist in execution and monitoring of OOH placements
- Ensure alignment between OOH campaigns and on-ground activations
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Community, and CRM
- Track campaign deliverables and timelines
- Assist in reporting and performance tracking
