About the Role

You will coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines, space setup, communications, and onsite execution for employee events and programs. You will respond to employee inquiries, support event planning and operations, research venues and vendors, coordinate catering and swag, produce event materials, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver smooth, engaging employee experiences.

Requirements

  • Be comfortable engaging employees face-to-face in the office
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in events, employee experience, administrative assistance, HR, or workplace experience
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Communicate clearly across email, Slack, decks, and event invitations
  • Have experience planning and executing events
  • Be onsite three days per week in the New York City office, Tuesday through Thursday
  • Be familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, Zendesk, or event platforms such as Epoch
  • Have experience supporting multi-office or distributed teams
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, budget tracking, timelines, space setup, and communications for in-office and remote events
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee emails, Slack messages, and support tickets
  • Assist with planning and executing employee events and programs
  • Manage operational details and provide hands-on program support
  • Research vendors and venues, place catering orders, and create event signage and flyers
  • Oversee event setup, on-the-ground management, and breakdown
  • Provide project tracking, note-taking, task management, and swag coordination
  • Produce event invitations, promotional materials, and recaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on employee experience initiatives
