About the Role
You lead Acheron Trading’s European office from Amsterdam. You assume formal regulatory directorship responsibility, manage AFM matters, represent the firm at conferences and panels, execute the European strategy, drive growth and profitability, and develop new business, partnerships, and client relationships.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience with P&L responsibility
- Experience dealing with financial regulators
- Experience with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets
- Ability to meet AFM fitness and propriety requirements
- Sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience
- Digital assets industry experience
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Based in the Netherlands at the time of application
Responsibilities
- Assume the formal role of Director
- Manage all regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with AFM regulations
- Maintain relationships with regulators
- Represent Acheron Trading at regional conferences and panels
- Develop and execute the European strategic plan
- Drive business growth, market penetration, and profitability
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships
