About the Role
Lead product engineering, define technology strategy, oversee SaaS platform development, and drive blockchain integrations including NFTs, smart contracts, dApps and tokenization while ensuring scalability, security and operational reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles
- Experience with SaaS platforms and blockchain technologies
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue or Ember
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript; experience with Solidity, C#, Java or Kotlin
- Experience creating backends with Next.js, Spring or Express
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- In-depth knowledge of smart contracts, dApps and Web3 protocols
- Familiarity integrating with APIs, Shopify and third-party services
- Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS
- Experience with testing approaches including unit, end-to-end and UI testing
- Experience with cloud environments and build automation
- Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology strategy
- Lead and mentor the engineering team
- Oversee design, development and deployment of the SaaS platform
- Drive blockchain integration including NFTs, smart contracts, dApps and tokenization
- Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure, data protection and encryption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage engineering resources and cost-effective technical solutions
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies
