About the Role

You will lead multiple developer-experience charters, including an AI remote-agent platform, standard engineering agents, and coding harness support. You will shape technical direction, build developer paved paths, automate toil, create tools and pre-production environments, integrate platform services, and establish scalable quality practices.

Requirements

Experience leading multiple Developer Experience charters and managing other managers
Expertise evaluating technical tradeoffs and infrastructure impacts on developer productivity
Knowledge of AI tooling, build tooling, containerization, and open-source development frameworks
Experience building developer and operator workflows
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Release Engineering, or a similar discipline
Knowledge of automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD integration
Expertise in Go and Git-based workflows
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related analytical field, or equivalent professional experience
