About the Role

Lead the engineering organization, design and evolve the technical architecture, and drive the rollout of account abstraction smart contract wallets and middleware. Build middleware and frontends for web and mobile, integrate with third-party apps, mentor engineers, contribute code, and rapidly learn new Web3 technologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a developer
  • Comfortable leading and mentoring other engineers as well as contributing solo
  • Innately security minded
  • Familiar with sending Ethereum transactions on Mainnet, Polygon, and EVM chains
  • Have worked on an Ethereum protocol before
  • Experience with MEV or the Gnosis Safe is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team
  • Design technical architecture
  • Roll out the Patch Wallet Protocol and scale wallet infrastructure
  • Build middleware using Lit Protocol, Gelato, and Dauth
  • Develop frontends embedded in third-party apps and web and mobile apps
  • Mentor and contribute code
