About the Role

You will lead, mentor, and grow a cross-disciplinary engineering organization. You will align engineering strategy with the roadmap, establish processes and team structures, guide product design, scale operations from R&D to manufacturing, and maintain high standards for development, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-disciplinary engineering team
  • Align engineering initiatives with company goals and roadmap
  • Drive product design and architect engineering processes and team structure
  • Scale engineering operations from R&D through manufacturing
  • Lead the transition from prototype development to full production
  • Represent the engineering function to internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish and improve performance reviews, planning, and organizational design
  • Implement engineering best practices for development, testing, and documentation
