About the Role

You will lead the growth and development of an on-chain ecosystem. You will set strategy and priorities, attract and support founders and builders, secure strategic collaborations, lead grants and accelerator programs, and build and manage the ecosystem function. You will work across product, engineering, developer relations, and marketing to improve builder onboarding, launch applications, measure ecosystem health, and refine strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in ecosystem development, growth, product management, or business development in technology, fintech, or financial services
  • 4+ years of hands-on crypto or Web3 experience
  • Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, and builder and founder decision factors
  • 2+ years leading ecosystem development, incubation, or growth initiatives
  • 2+ years of experience at an L1 or L2 blockchain
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • 2+ years of entrepreneurial or startup operating experience
  • Experience designing or managing grants, accelerators, incubation programs, or ecosystem incentives
  • Strong relationships with crypto founders, developers, infrastructure providers, and investors
  • Commercial and product judgment
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Set ecosystem strategy, priorities, budgets, and measurable goals
  • Attract and support founders and builders from initial engagement through deployment and growth
  • Secure strategic collaborations and deployments with builders, accelerators, users, investors, and operators
  • Identify ecosystem gaps and coordinate deployments to address them
  • Design and manage grants, accelerators, and ecosystem incentive programs
  • Connect founders with go-to-market advisory, funding opportunities, launch resources, and users
  • Translate builder feedback into actionable product, engineering, and developer-relations priorities
  • Drive ecosystem go-to-market activities, including launches, campaigns, events, and founder stories
  • Hire, develop, and lead the ecosystem function
  • Track ecosystem health and resource effectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly
