About the Role

You will lead end-to-end data operations, including data intake, collection, labeling, quality auditing, and delivery of training and evaluation datasets. You will develop scalable workflows, staffing plans, metrics, dashboards, vendor relationships, and quality feedback loops while resolving pipeline bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data operations, labeling operations, business operations, technical operations, or a similar high-volume operational role
• Experience building and running scalable operational processes
• Experience managing vendor or BPO relationships and SLAs
• Ability to define KPIs, build reporting, and use data for operational decisions
• Cross-functional communication skills
• Experience operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data operations, including intake, collection, labeling, quality auditing, and dataset delivery
• Design operational processes and staffing plans for scalable data labeling and quality assurance
• Define and track throughput, accuracy, turnaround-time, and cost-per-label metrics
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences
• Build feedback loops between data-quality issues and upstream fixes
• Coordinate on-site data collection teams across warehouse locations
• Manage labeling and annotation vendors, including onboarding, training, performance management, and SLAs
• Identify and resolve data-pipeline bottlenecks
• Improve data-operations tooling, documentation, and standard operating procedures
