About the Role
You will lead Field Marketing Managers and develop regional marketing strategies for enterprise and vertical teams. You will create theater growth plans, partner with sales leadership, track lead flow and conversion metrics, build reporting and KPI frameworks, optimize program ROI, manage the Americas budget, and travel for events and team meetings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Experience building, scaling, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams

Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans across regions, segments, and industries
- Build theater growth plans, scalable programs, and events
- Advise Sales and Inside Sales leadership
- Track lead flow and refine conversion metrics with Sales Operations
- Manage and mentor Field Marketing Managers
- Hire and onboard team members
- Develop talent strategy, succession planning, career paths, and leadership development
- Advocate for regional needs with Corporate Marketing
- Build dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Analyze growth opportunities, resource allocation, program effectiveness, and marketing revenue contribution
