About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for generative AI, audiovisual, and world-model talent. You will align talent standards with technical leaders, map industry talent and competitors, build recruiting channels across academic and open-source communities, use AI agents to accelerate HR workflows, and lead targeted searches for senior scientists and engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 5 years of technical recruiting experience in large language models, embodied intelligence, or AI infrastructure
- Recruiting or engineering experience in AI, computer vision, speech, audio, graphics, audiovisual codecs, high-performance computing, or systems engineering is preferred
- Understand concepts including world models, Omni, DiT, latent spaces, codecs, and ray tracing
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and offer-negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for generative AI and audiovisual talent
- Align talent standards with audiovisual, algorithm, and systems teams
- Produce talent and competitor technology-mapping reports
- Build and operate headhunter, open-source, and academic recruiting channels
- Use AI agents to accelerate HR workflow data cycles
- Lead targeted searches for senior scientists and principal engineers
