About the Role
You will design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Platform applications and integrations across GTM systems. You will build and maintain solutions using iPaaS tools and Python-based applications, develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, and create technical specifications and architecture diagrams. You will own data integrity in your area, contribute across the GTM stack, and participate in code reviews, on-call work, issue resolution, and ideation.
Requirements
- 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform
- 5+ years of experience with systems architecture and integrations
- Experience with lead, contact, account, opportunity, and campaign management
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Triggers
- Working knowledge of Python and Node.js
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous methods, Streaming API, publish/subscribe design patterns, and architectural patterns
- Understanding of version control processes
- Familiarity with GitHub or Bitbucket and branching strategy
- Familiarity with GTM tools including HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Momentum, LeanData, and CPQ
- Knowledge of data pipelines
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Understanding of Salesforce governance limits and code coverage
- Knowledge of unit-testing best practices
- Verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform
- Design, develop, and implement integrations across GTM systems and products using Python-based applications
- Design, develop, and maintain iPaaS solutions
- Drive architecture patterns, tool usage, and scalable solution designs
- Develop applications and frameworks using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Write and communicate technical specifications, architecture diagrams, data-model diagrams, process flows, and sequence diagrams
- Own data integrity and data assumptions in the focused area
- Contribute across Salesforce, Outreach, Workato, Python-based integrations, HubSpot, Segment, dbt, Retool, and LeanData
- Participate in code reviews, on-call work, build issue resolution, and ideation
