About the Role
You will design and implement services for a global multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will lead scalability and performance work, improve CI/CD and infrastructure resilience, drive design reviews, promote maintainable code and guide AI adoption across product development and the software lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years in a Staff role focused on large-scale SaaS
- Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices
- Experience with JVM tuning asynchronous programming connection pooling cache management and REST API design
- Strong understanding of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with LDAP and OpenSearch
- Strong AWS application design and operations experience
- Working knowledge of React.js
- Experience designing resilient highly available multi-tenant distributed systems
- Experience with observability and operational excellence
- IAM knowledge including OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect SCIM and SAML
- Identity lifecycle management knowledge
- Kubernetes and container orchestration experience preferred
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and security and compliance requirements preferred
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
