About the Role
Support revenue operations, develop and track revenue metrics, analyze data for operational improvements, execute cross-functional initiatives, and maintain an efficient operating model. The role includes monthly business reviews and go-to-market performance analysis across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Strategic Finance.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience, including 2+ years in business operations, revenue operations, investment banking, or management consulting
- Strong analytical skills
- Financial modeling skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with BI tools and CRM systems, including Salesforce and Tableau
- Knowledge of SQL
- Interest in financial services innovation

- Support day-to-day revenue operations
- Develop and track key revenue metrics through dashboards and reporting
- Analyze data to drive execution and identify operational improvements
