About the Role

You'll build and scale the Sales Development team from the ground up in Guatemala. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategies, and partner with company leaders. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be passionate about building high performing teams, love challenges, have strong business acumen, and deliver best-in-class candidate experience.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of end to end recruiting experience with 2+ years of GTM / Sales recruiting, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Track record of successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods
  • Strong verbal and written English communication and the ability to present to senior leaders
  • Thinks like an owner, takes ownership and initiative
  • Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end hiring from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Map talent and identify companies that have the best sales talent and are selling to the US market
  • Track and analyze trends and metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  • Help identify and recommend scalable changes to existing recruiting strategies
