About the Role

The Regional Recruiting Lead will build and scale recruiting capabilities across EMEA and Asia Pacific, based in London. The role oversees lateral recruiting for General Atlantic and Actis, strengthens direct sourcing, improves recruiting processes and data integrity, and delivers a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience across regions.

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant lateral hiring exposure across EMEA and/or Asia Pacific.
  • In-house recruiting experience in financial services, private equity, or professional services preferred.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and the full recruiting lifecycle.
  • Experience building or scaling recruiting processes in high-growth, multi-country environments.
  • Proven direct sourcing and talent mapping experience using LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks.
  • Ability to work across EMEA, Asia Pacific, and US time zones.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn recruiting data into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • High discretion, judgment, and professionalism when handling confidential information and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end lateral recruiting across EMEA and APAC from role scoping through offer.
  • Oversee lateral hiring across General Atlantic and Actis across investment and corporate functions.
  • Build direct sourcing strategies using internal mobility, referrals, market mapping, and proactive outreach.
  • Partner on undergrad, MBA, and early-career recruiting programs across EMEA and APAC.
  • Lead pipeline development and talent mapping for priority roles.
  • Build relationships with business leaders and HRBPs to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruiting strategy.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring dynamics.
  • Align recruiting approaches across General Atlantic and Actis.
  • Implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and operating rhythms.
  • Develop best practices for interviews, calibration, candidate experience, and hiring manager enablement.
  • Maintain ATS and HR systems data integrity and report on recruiting metrics.
  • Track agency versus direct sourcing performance, quality, speed, and cost savings.
  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with local employment regulations and support inclusion.
