You'll partner directly with the co-founders and executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, and you'll hire the best talent in the world while building hiring playbooks that scale. You'll act like a founder, taking ownership beyond your scope and doing whatever it takes to win. You'll be data-driven, tracking pipelines and conversion rates to continuously improve how the team hires. You'll be one of the first impressions of the company, telling its story in a way that excites and converts top talent. You'll move with urgency, acting fast without sacrificing quality because great candidates don't wait. You'll design scalable systems, tools, and rituals that turn the talent function into a world-class machine, and you'll continuously iterate on outreach, interviews, and processes to get better every week.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hiring A players in a fast paced environment
  • Precise sourcing skills beyond inbound applicants
  • Resourcefulness and ability to leverage LinkedIn and team networks to source candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • High EQ to understand candidate motivation and assess cultural fit
  • Excellent organisation skills to manage candidate funnels with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a team with a track record as a proven closer
