About the Role
You will own and execute Hopae's go-to-market strategy for new and existing products. You'll define ICPs, positioning, and messaging to ensure clear market differentiation, and lead end-to-end product launches across channels with measurable impact. You'll design and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive acquisition and growth, partner cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Operations teams to align strategy and execution, and track performance while continuously improving funnel conversion and ROI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM, marketing, or growth in a fast-paced tech environment
- Experience in leading a GTM / Marketing team in a startup environment
- Strong at turning complex products into clear, compelling positioning
- Data-driven and structured, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- High ownership mindset and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills in English
