About the Role
You will own sales-capacity modeling, GTM headcount planning, budget management, forecasts, and variance reporting. You will model compensation and quota scenarios, analyze unit economics and productivity, prepare executive reporting, and automate planning and reporting workflows with AI.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant strategic finance experience
- Experience building detailed financial analysis for business decisions
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Experience working in high-growth technology, investment banking, or consulting
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a sales capacity model for enterprise revenue
- Run GTM headcount planning and quarterly reforecasts
- Advise on territory design, quota setting, coverage ratios, and GTM spending
- Model compensation plans and quota-attainment scenarios
- Own GTM operating-expense budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
- Track unit economics, productivity, and return-on-investment cases
- Build executive, board, and fundraising performance reporting
- Automate planning and reporting workflows with AI
