About the Role

You will be the lead architect of the commercial infrastructure. You will design, develop, and maintain the automated systems that enable sales, marketing, and success teams to scale. You will build and govern integrations and data pipelines, map product features and pricing into billable systems, and implement lifecycle automation from lead routing and scoring to renewals and expansion. You will administer core GTM platforms as code, reduce manual bottlenecks through workflow automation, and translate raw system data into actionable performance dashboards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations GTM Engineering or Sales Systems
  • Engineering mindset with experience building complex business logic
  • Advanced experience with APIs webhooks and middleware such as Zapier Clay Workato or Tray.io
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and other GTM tools such as HubSpot Unify Clay n8n
  • Strong relational data modeling and schema design skills
  • Proven problem solving and automation experience turning manual processes into scalable workflows
  • Ability to translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications and vice versa

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical roadmap for the GTM tech stack
  • Engineer automated workflows to remove manual bottlenecks across the lead-to-cash lifecycle
  • Design and maintain data pipelines and orchestration between GTM tools
  • Operationalize new product features and pricing within internal systems
  • Build lifecycle infrastructure for lead routing scoring renewals and expansion workflows
  • Administer core GTM platforms manage configuration as code and govern permissions and deployments
  • Develop logic for advanced performance dashboards and translate system data into insights
