About the Role

You will audit internal operational processes across teams, discover pain points, and map workflows. You will work with stakeholders to define and prioritize AI and automation use cases, build a roadmap of quick wins and pilots, select appropriate tools, launch pilots with cross-functional partners, and measure impact by tracking time saved, cost reduction, and productivity improvements. You will also drive adoption by sharing best practices and helping teams use AI tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in AI automation, business process automation, intelligent automation, digital transformation, or process optimization
  • Strong experience with process discovery including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, pain point analysis, and use case prioritization
  • Understanding of how to apply AI and automation to real business processes
  • Ability to distinguish when AI is appropriate versus simpler automation or process changes
  • Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Slack automations, Jira, Linear, RAG, AI agents, or internal bots
  • Understanding of API integrations, workflow tools, and automation logic
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business, operations, product, engineering, finance, legal, HR, and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business problems into clear use cases, roadmaps, pilots, and measurable outcomes
  • Nice to have: Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, SaaS, venture building, consulting, or fast-growing product companies

Responsibilities

  • Audit internal operational processes and identify AI automation opportunities
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and map processes and pain points
  • Define and prioritize AI and automation use cases based on impact and effort
  • Build a roadmap of quick wins, pilots, and long-term automation initiatives
  • Select and recommend tools and approaches for different teams and processes
  • Launch and support pilots with business, product, engineering, HR, finance, legal, and operations
  • Measure impact of automation initiatives including time saved and cost reduction
  • Drive AI adoption by sharing best practices and enabling teams to use AI tools
