About the Role

You will design, build, and own full-stack AI-powered internal applications, including backend services, APIs, data storage, and user interfaces. You will develop custom agentic solutions using modern models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) to automate workflows and augment decision-making. You will embed with internal teams to understand goals and translate needs into technical solutions with clear success criteria. You will own projects end-to-end—from architecture and scoping through delivery, iteration, maintenance, and on-call support for internal tools. You will collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, evaluate impact, iterate based on measurable outcomes, and build reliable, scalable systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications, services, and APIs
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript and/or Python
  • Experience with frontend development (React or similar)
  • Experience building backend systems and designing APIs
  • Experience with datastores such as Postgres, pgvector, Pinecone, and Redis
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI models, agentic IDEs, or AI-enabled workflows
  • Experience building or experimenting with agentic systems, workflow orchestration (e.g., n8n), or browser automation
  • Strong ownership and ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
