About the Role
You build custom web applications, internal tooling, AI-native workflows, and automated integrations that improve Go-To-Market operations. You use AI coding assistants, APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to reduce manual work, improve data quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver solutions with commercial stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field
- Proven ability to use AI coding assistants to develop, debug, and deploy web applications
- Foundational understanding of Python and basic web technologies such as HTML and JavaScript
- At least 5 years of experience in technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering focused on internal tooling
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Clay, Marketo, Calendly, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, or equivalent GTM platforms
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
Responsibilities
- Build lightweight custom web applications and internal tooling
- Develop integrations between GTM tools, internal systems, and LLM APIs
- Build, deploy, and maintain automated workflows
- Own selected GTM tools and automate routine maintenance
- Monitor and improve data consistency across systems
- Investigate and resolve integration, workflow, and custom application issues
- Translate stakeholder friction points into technical improvements
