About the Role
You will support full-cycle recruiting through candidate communications, workflow coordination, approvals, follow-ups, and pipeline management. You will maintain requisitions and ATS data, route inquiries, partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders, and improve recruiting documentation and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or recruiting support in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends when needed
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to advance priority searches
- Manage candidate communications at key process stages
- Coordinate hiring workflows, approvals, and follow-ups
- Create and maintain accurate ATS requisitions, stages, and data
- Monitor and route candidate and stakeholder inquiries
- Identify process gaps and maintain recruiting documentation and workflows
