About the Role
You will own talent intelligence and a differentiated network for a domain of focus, with primary responsibility for building a sovereign commercial talent-research practice. You will map global talent markets, develop targeted pipelines, qualify candidates, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers on complex searches. You will maintain market data, measure sourcing performance, and build and improve AI-enabled tools and agent workflows for recruiting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing or talent research experience with highly specialized, low-availability talent pools
- Depth in at least one relevant domain and evidence of building depth in a new domain
- Experience using sophisticated sourcing strategies to engage passive talent
- Communication and relationship-building skills with specialized talent
- Experience building AI tooling, agents, or skills that were adopted by others
Responsibilities
- Own and continually curate a talent map for the domain of focus
- Produce market briefs, target lists, and competitive intelligence
- Maintain data integrity for market engagement, learnings, and search activity
- Drive engagement strategies, including referral drives, event curation, and conference attendance
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with specialized talent
- Activate prior candidates and relationships based on business needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search criteria and deliver leads
- Qualify candidates through initial conversations
- Track sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Build and ship recruiting tooling and agent workflows
- Drive tool adoption, measure impact, and iterate on tools
