About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles, develop sourcing strategies, build diverse candidate pipelines, and advise hiring leaders. You will define hiring needs, create job descriptions, design interview processes, conduct market research, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience through offer closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of engineering recruiting experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience hiring Full Stack, DevOps, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering roles
- Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy for engineering talent
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing methods
- Partner with engineering leaders from hiring kickoff through onboarding
- Define headcount needs, job descriptions, and interview loops with hiring teams
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer closure
