About the Role
You will own the experimentation engine across the full funnel. You will identify opportunities through product and funnel data prioritize tests design and evaluate experiments manage tracking and reporting and coordinate paid media design engineering and product stakeholders around an optimization roadmap.
Requirements
- Track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end
- Experience running in-product onboarding and activation experiments
- Experience with pricing or monetization experiments
- Fluency with PostHog Amplitude or GA4
- Strong statistical literacy for test sizing and evaluation
- Ability to align cross-functional teams around an optimization roadmap
- Working knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and React
- Experience optimizing PLG or self-serve and sales-assisted funnels
Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities through funnel and product data
- Build and prioritize the testing backlog
- Design and evaluate experiments across acquisition onboarding activation and pricing
- Own experiment tracking and reporting
- Align paid media design engineering and product teams around an optimization roadmap
- Analyze funnel drop-off segment traffic and attribute outcomes
- Select success metrics focused on revenue and subscriptions
