About the Role
You will own pipeline and acquisition performance for paid channels. You will create a growth thesis, lead paid social and search, improve ad creative, monitor pacing and budgets, use AI and audience-enrichment tools for targeting and workflows, and collaborate across marketing and sales.

Responsibilities
- Own pipeline and acquisition performance for assigned channels
- Build a growth thesis for the paid and digital mix
- Lead paid social across LinkedIn and Meta Ads and a paid search program
- Partner on ad creative and improve creative quality
- Monitor campaign pacing against budget and pipeline goals
- Use AI tools and audience enrichment platforms to build targeting and automate workflows
- Collaborate with demand generation, content, creative, and sales
