About the Role
You will spearhead marketing and growth initiatives for the core payments business, driving user acquisition and engagement. You'll craft compelling marketing strategies and forge powerful partnerships to expand the merchant network and solidify the company's payment solution as a top-of-mind choice. You will work cross-functionally with other teams to implement improvements that impact customer experience, and you'll be encouraged to bring bright ideas backed by data to create meaningful change.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or partnership roles
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and executing co-marketing campaigns with merchants and partners
- Experience within a leading payment company/e-wallet in PH, a global fintech/payment company, or an Internet company's overseas ventures preferred
- Deep understanding of the digital payments landscape, user behavior, and competitive dynamics
- Experience in Southeast Asian markets is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative 360° marketing plans to drive user adoption and transaction volume for payment products (e.g., QRPH, WebPay)
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic relationships with key merchants, billers, and telco partners
- Design and implement high-impact co-marketing campaigns (e.g., cashback promotions, exclusive discounts) to enhance payment utility and network effect
- Leverage consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence to tailor global best practices to the Filipino market
- Own end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from budgeting and planning to creative development, performance tracking, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on growth goals
