About the Role
You will provide high-touch support and proactive guidance to top-tier clients. You will manage a client portfolio, advocate for client needs internally, partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance, and represent the brand at events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of growth or operations experience in the cryptocurrency sector
- Experience with Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Effective communication skills and urgency in supporting clients and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level support and rapid issue resolution
- Provide proactive market intelligence and platform guidance
- Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients
- Act as the primary contact for clients and advocate for their needs internally
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to support client growth and experience
- Represent the brand at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business
