About the Role
You will lead growth initiatives across the APAC region, working with executives and cross-functional teams to expand developer, user, and institutional ecosystems. You will identify, structure, and cultivate high-value partnerships, design and optimize growth pipelines and funnels, and conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities. You will analyze data from multiple sources to inform strategy and iterate on growth experiments, and may help scale growth processes and teams as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, preferably in blockchain or financial technology
- Based in either Hong Kong or Singapore
- Strong understanding of blockchain systems and financial systems
- Experience building and scaling growth teams
- Experience structuring complex high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native or fluent proficiency in one or more of Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other commonly spoken APAC languages
