About the Role

You will source and onboard trading firms, market makers, and institutional users to grow platform adoption and TVL. You will build strategic partnerships across DeFi and trading infrastructure, align growth efforts with engineering and product roadmaps, and represent the platform externally at events and key channels.

Requirements

• Experience in business development or growth at a crypto protocol exchange or prime broker
• Strong network across trading and DeFi
• Understanding of institutional trading and on-chain infrastructure
• Comfortable engaging highly technical counterparts
• Bias toward action and measurable results
